Not checking your blind spot could be a real killer!

If you fail to check your blind spot prior to moving, you could be responsible for forcing the vehicle next to you into oncoming vehicles and causing serious injury or death.

If a death/s occurs as the result of the driver being at fault, then that driver would be charged with Culpable Driving.
