Refunds

All lesson packages are discounted, but this discount does not apply if a number of lessons are used and then a refund is requested on the balance of lessons.

In this situation, each lesson used is then charged at the rate of a single full price lesson and the balance refunded.

If no lessons are used, then a full refund is extended.
